Are you eligible to apply for the Foundation Programme?

The UK Foundation Programme Office has just published the eligibility criteria and person specification for the Foundation Programme Recruitment 2009.
In order to apply for the Foundation Programme 2009, all prospective applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Eligibility Criteria, in accordance with the Person Specification.
If you are currently a final year medical student in a UK medical school, this process will be undertaken automatically on your behalf by your medical school. You do not need to complete these forms.
If you are not currently a final year student at a UK medical school, you must complete the Eligibility Form and provide all the documentation requested to support your application, including a Medical School Deans Statement which your dean (or equivalent) must complete.
