Are you a Medical Educator?

The Academy of Medical Educators invites you to attend “Being a Medical Educator: Now and Tomorrow” on 27/28 January 2010 at the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel, London W1K 6JP.

The two-day academic meeting will look at the future of medical education through the eyes of the current and the next generations of doctors and educators.

27 January 2010: Bill Bryson. The renowned author and Chancellor of the University of Durham will deliver the Inaugural Calman Lecture.

28 January: The Annual Academic Meeting. Keynote addresses will be given by: Professor Sir Christopher Edwards of Medical Education England; Professor James McKillop from the GMC’s Undergraduate Board and Professor David Irby from the University of California.

This conference is open to anyone with an interest in medical education, including medical students and junior doctors. You do not have to be a member of the Academy of Medical Educators to attend.
