Amended Foundation Learning Portfolio published

An amended version of the Foundation Learning Portfolio has been published to take effect from August 2009.
The amendments have been agreed by the COPMeD National Portfolio Management Group, in partnership with the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges.
The document includes revised versions of a number of forms which have also been embedded into all e-portfolios. These forms are listed below:
